1-on-1 Resilient Runner's Program

 

Take your race training to new heights! Maximize your strength and reduce risk of injury by implementing a 12 week strength training plan that complements your marathon training.

What you'll get:

  • Initial performance assessment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
  • Individualized monthly programming through TrueCoach with access to exercise videos, text communication, and accountability check-ins
  • Two monthly follow up sessions to address flexibility, strength, and endurance limitations

Purchases made are final. Payment of $300 will be billed for 3 consecutive months. This program is meant for healthy individuals for performance training purposes and is not to be substituted for physical therapy or other medical attention.
